I had ordered two different "EGR" block off plates before starting the build. I order one from Billet Depot on Ebay and another from Jegs. The Billet Depot piece is just stamped or "blanked" aluminum. I ordered this one because it was only about $8.00 the best I can recall. I tried my hand at polishing on this part. The reason I order the Jegs piece, was because it actually had an "O-ring" seat milled into it and I wasn't going to have to use any silicon. It is also a much "beefier" part.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">You can see in the pictures below. I used the Billet Depot "EGR" block off to block off the cobra IAT sensor port on the blower. I had to trim two areas on it to work. The bolt hole spacing for the IAT sensor port is the same as the EGR port. If your looking for a cheap route to block off this port without having to tap it. I highly suggest doing this. It only cost me about $8.00 and I was able to practice some polishing on it.
