COP capacitors

Second owner and stuff''s been modded that I didn't know about - the usual story.

But I found a one wire connector dangling about 1.5" away from the COP covers on the ignition wiring harness not plugged into anything and of course I can't see a connector. I've identified it as a stabilizing capacitor.

It's plugged in on the passengers side but there's a lot of crud blocking a proper view (It's in between the head and firewall).

Can any one tell me where the heck this thing plugs in to? Or take a quick picture? I'm really starting to think that this capacitor is non existent on my car.

There's a test connector on driver side harness that outputs a coil (tach) signal.

Not sure if I remember an open connector on passenger side...

Are you talking about the wiring for sensor that's on back of pass. head?
that's a temp sensor (screwed directly into head)

Incredibly busy... but here's a picture of the connection. If anyone wants to verify

It's a one pin, red wire, grey connector coming off the wiring harness just before going under the coil covers.
