Hello everybody. Here's the final touch on my project (Eaton on Mach1) to make the shaker hood fonctionnal. (See Thread Eaton swap is on progress in NB Canada)

1) I did the pan under the scoop to make it bolt on the top of the blower

2) I've shaped a pipe with a piece of styrofoam and after the shape desire, I've raped it with fiberglass. Finaly, I've put it in gas to melt the styrofoam.

3) With some adjustements and finishing touchs there's the result.

Very nice. I love that it looks like it could have come from Ford like that.

That definitely looks awesome, but i'm wondering if it wouldn't benefit the engine/car more to be able to vent heat out of the scoop. It's not really going to be cool air going to the filter when the blower is running as hot as it is right under your pan.

For people interest in a fonctionnal shaker, It's possible.

The price is 500$. I need to know what kind of intake air box you using.

That could take 4 to 6 week.

Let me know.

Marco
