Titans NFL Training Camp

went to the Titans NFL Training Camp today and took some photos.

I'm honing my photography skills and getting some practice in as I'll be shooting for the MTSU Blue Raiders football team this year, and hope to be making some money locally doing kid's high school games.

and I even got on the sidelines too. :rockon:

true they aren't my team, and yeah I love to bag on them and give their fans some flak, but in terms of actual "hate"? nah. sports hate? ya.

but to answer the question, eventually I'd like to be an NFL Photographer for a team, and so by going to the training camp of a local team I have the opportunity to have the access to the field and players to be able to photograph and it gives something to add to my portfolio so if I ever go for a job interview and they say do you have any experience, I can tell them yes and show them my photography work to give creedence to my abilities, of which will reflect pee wee, high school, college and NFL games.

and since I'm 1200 miles away from Denver and I can't just up and leave to go to their training camp when I want, I'm taking advantage of what's available to me and making due. best way I know to explain it. :shrug:

basically I'm just putting aside my pride for my own betterment, because I can see the big picture of what I want for my life, and sometimes that takes sacrifice.

You've got one hell of a camera

well, it helps to have a good camera, but without the knowledge and experience of how to use it, doesn't really do a lot of good. So my 5 years+ of studying photography in depth, attending workshops, reading, experimenting and putting myself into situations to photograph new things in different lighting situations is to me what is paying off when I'm able to post quality pics.

thanks. lol. you might be better off asking someone else, my photoshop skills are still quite lacking.
