ladies and gentlemen i have begun my spring modding on "black betty"!!!

whats getting done:

stiegemeier stage 4 port w/ rotor strip and snout rebuild and plenum/TB port matched (just got back, pics up soon)

gord ford heat exchanger w/ 2 spal fans
SCT 2600 MAF
new NGK TR6 plugs (gapped to 0.034")
change oil (amsoil 5w20)
change fuel filter (ford one for the lightning)
autometer wideband A/F gauge
autometer fuel press gauge w/ SS line to remote mount sensor
aeroforce gauge
autometer triple gauge A-pillar pod (using ford med graphite paint)
JLP 6lb lower pulley
JLP drive shaft loop
SCT X3
170 degree thermostat
Mickey Thompson ET street tires (3786R)
switch for intercooler pump

Cool man. Im thinking of getting the steig port to because i dont have the money for the kenne bell 2.3. Let me know how much boost you get with which upper pulley and get some dyno numbers to see how much hp it improved. i also hear it make the blower whine alot more too.

i got the blower back and took lots of pics of that. have just put in the gauges and did all the wiring. also installed the heat exchanger and cleaned the intercooler.
pics will be up next week as i am out of town and the camera is at home.

Just a little update to keep you excited!

So I received the blower back from stiegemeier

I had an issue with the port though. Well I was told it was with shipping, but let’s not worry about that, a file will take care of it! (doing so this weekend, and lots of prep as not to get anything into those rotors!)

I almost spliced into the wrong harness for 12v connection for my gauges….yikes!


interesting looking input and return lines on the intercooler…anyone else’s look like this?

autometer a-pillar gauge pod (used ford paint and primer – perfect match!)

installed 170 degree thermostat
had to drain the rad first (drain **** in mid of pic – nylon fitting)
