I am going turbo and swapping back to the stock Mach 1 stuff so I don't need this alt now :/. It's brand new in the box. Comes with a stock alt pulley as well. These have a lifetime warranty so should be good to go. I know PA gets a bad wrap but after doing some research, the bulk of the failures were with the 170 amp units. NO aftermarket alt out there is immune to failure so might as well get one with a good warranty. Paid $250 + whatever shipping was.
