Concerned on being sold a New Mustang with Used Parts

Bought my 2016 GT back in July 20th from a Local Ford Dealership (basically a year ago ) I bought it new with 133 miles on it, so today a deer the size of Texas hit my car and completely messed up the right side front and rear fender, door mirror and even the roof. So i called my buddy who is a mechanic and works at a dealership to come by real quick to look at the damage and he said these yellow numbers on under side of the mirror mean that it could of been a used part or a junkyard part. Was wondering if anyone can help me with this and confirm if that is true? (Also don't know why its not letting me post the picture)

Parts get marked like that in the plants, which I would say has about a 99.9% chance of being the reason vs. you were sold a new car off the lot with used parts on it.
