Wetsand with 1000 > 1500 > 2000 grit sandpaper
Polish (preferably with a couple of different levels of compounds/polishes)
Wipe with alcohol to get rid of polishing oils
Seal with wax/synthetic sealant or apply UV coating

Keep in mind that if you don't use a UV coating(they're becoming more affordable) the haze will return in a few months.

After the sandpaper would Megs show car glaze 7 work followed by either yellow wax 26 or pinnacle liquid souvern? Can you buy UV coating from an auto parts store?

Glaze will only fill the scratches, and not remove/correct them.

You need to polish with something like Meguiars M105/M205 to get rid of the scratches created by wetsanding. So in other words it has to be a compound/polish and not a glaze/wax/sealant.

I think a lot of the mainstream companies are selling UV coatings OTC, but I'd go with something like this.
