is this a good deal for a 2004 Marauder? Help please

Found a 2004 Marauder Silver with the light flint interior, it has 144k and has a tranny slips here and there looks to be in good shape. Guy said he would do $2900. Let me know what you guys think.

As long as you have money for the Transmission issue and anything else mechanical that might pop up it could be an alright deal. But again only if you are ready for any replacement or repairs of systems. As all these cars are over 12 years old so age is a big issue.

I just sold mine last month for $15K with 56,000 miles it was time to sell as I only put 2500 miles on it the last 3 years I had it, so since I wasn't going to get any enjoyment I might as well let someone else get it with it.
