Anyone have issues with these fitting? I mocked them last night and one of the primaries seems to touch the pan.

It looks like I can get then tightened up but I'm worried about them rubbing against the pan.

Maybe time to consider a different header?

I'm about to be installing a new set on my car which also has the same pan, what did you end up doing?

I dimpled that primary.

Wasn't happy about it but didn't want to buy a new set.

Damn that hurts taking a hammer to a set of $1200 headers. Thanks for the reply.

hahaha.....Yeah it hurt me to do it. But it didn't take much, maybe I was just unlucky.

How hard was it to get at the bolts for install? The set that were on my car were so bad it took 20 minutes with the engine out of the car! I literally threw them in the trash after removing.

Would you have been able to clearance the pan rather than header if it was off the car? Since mine is out maybe I'll go that route. Any chance you can let me know where the clearance issue is on the pan bump out?

Not bad at all. I had the motor out so I had plenty of room go maneuver.

Make sure you put your dip stick and steering shaft in...before tightening everything down. That was my biggest head ache.

I didn't feed the steering shaft(stock) through the primaries before tightening everything down and had a hell of a time squeezing it through.

Wish you would have commented on this earlier today, I had my car in the air, could have snapped a couple pictures for you.
