Need help bad with Idle

I recently changed blowers back to my stock unit and now even after changing the iac the car warms up and randomly idles up to 2500 and wont come down till I bump the throttle hard. It returns then goes back up in less than a minute. It keeps doing this and I can’t figure it out.

My first thought is a vacuum leak. But I don't think it would settle at all after you blip the throttle. What throttle body are you running? Can you push down on the arm at all and get the idle to drop?

I have the stock throttle body on. I can’t push down on it and I wouldn’t think it would return to normal idle for a minute
