The last post was meant to ask if it is viewed as OK to put Saleen wheels on a Shelby
I just upgraded to a GT500 from a GT and I had the wheels.
I know the next thing I need to do is lower it
By the way this is my first ever post - Just spent the last 2 hours trying to figure it out

Thanks - there are a lot of nice wheels out there but I have always liked these. I only think the super snake wheels are a lot better but having some and spending 4 thousand on a set is a bit of a difference

What size is the wheel and tire setup and are they real saleens or replicas?

I went with Forgestar F14's 19x9/10 with a 255/35 nitto invo and 305/35 nt05r. I might get something a little bigger up front

You could always get yourself some 20" Black Mamba replica wheels for a lot less ($1600).

My brother has the identical car to mine except slower and a ton more miles. He is talking about getting a set of the Black Mambas. My best bet is to make sure I like them on his car, wait for him to get tired of them and buy them for cheap :p

They are an original Saleen take off wheel I think off of a 2005. They are both 20x9 but one set has a little more offset, I had to put them on the front to clear the Brembo's I could rotate front to back on my GT the smaller offset wheel would even clear the StopTech brakes I had. The tires are a 275/35-20 all around. My best guess is the replica wheel is made in the same place as these. Just REALLY need to get this thing lowered

cmb570, those wheels simply disappear with the exposure settings on your phone(?)/camera. I tried to open the file in Adobe Lightroom but there wasn't enough resolution to do much with it. I'm sure those wheels are gorgeous but it is tough to see in those photos. Photobucket then kills the clarity with the compression they use. Then when you try to bump the size up slightly everything goes to hell. Got any high resolution shots? If you do I'd gladly run them through Lightroom in an attempt to see those badboys!
