TVS lower boost

so I have a 2014 Roush Raptor. About 3 months ago the boost has dropped from 9lb to 7lb and the truck feels slower. I put a new belt tensioner and belt on thinking maybe it was slipping and tried different tunes. Nothing's helped. The truck still gets up n jams but just not fully anymore. It still builds boost immediately and holds 7lbs no problem. But I'm stumped on what else to check. Would a bad bypass valve be causing this? I've changed nothing else on the truck, just one day I noticed the drop and that's it.

It could be a boost leak. If the bypass valve is opening a bit under boost that could cause the problem. Probably wouldn't hurt to block off the valve somehow and do a pull with an easy let off to see if the boost goes back up to where it was.
