Is this a new install or just a new pulley? I want to say I remember having to clearance my alternator for one of my blower installs. But I think that's when I did an 8 rib swap.

1. Is that belt riding on the lip of the pulley? Doesn’t look flat on it. Could be it’s not aligned correctly

2. The bracket could be flexing a little and causing it rub when gassing it

This is an alignment issue. I would pull it off, make sure nothing is loose including the alternator and reinstall.
