Got my what box installed and working, but now if I 2 step for 4 seconds my car throws basically all the misfire codes, do I have to get my tuner to turn something off? A quick 2 step no codes, if I sit on my 2 step to build boost I get the codes. I have a single turbo 03 cobra, takes 3-4 seconds to build the boost level I want, but throws a cel so curious if this is common and an easy fix like a tune issue.
