Awesome work Kevin.

It's flat out rip'n, brutha
Thanks Jeff!

Wow, that thing MOVES!
Ha Ha. Yeah. :burnout:

Stock motor also? That is awesome!
Stock motor and low boost for now. I will turn it up next year when I get a built block.

Very nice Kevin! When are we going to see some 1/4 numbers!?
Hopefully soon. I would like to get it on a dyno first and verify a few things, then I will take it out.

Beautiful car! Your trans tune needs some massaging though.
Really? Please explain. :shrug::??:

Deja vu, these look like the same roads you did the vids with your 04. Car sounds strong Kevin.
Ha Ha Brad. It is the same stretch of road.

Maybe I missed it, but what is everyone talking about with the shifts? It spun and tapped the limiter once. Was he suppose to just let it peg it instead of having the car shift and bog a little?
I'm not sure. It was the Advance Trac that kicked on when I tried to go from 2nd gear. I usually leave it off when the roads are a little warmer, but with the temps being cooler, I just left it on.

Hmm

No
If the trans shifts are set right it won't ever hit rev limiter and the car will shift and burn through the next gear and keep going. I will say this it takes a lot of in car trans tuning to get it right and most tuners don't take the time.
Justin from VMP tuning did mine.

Awesome car!

Had to jump on the desktop from the Ipad to view the video and of course it was worth it! Man you build the best damn cars, by far my favorite Cobra and now the new 5.0's.

How far are you from Wylie?

Reminds me of my SC Gen 1. Except it shifted even faster(4.10s) and once it hit 3rd it was a turd. Very awesome and agree you've got it shifting perfect for planting the power.

I have the shifts set to 6500 right now Schyler. How have you been BTW?

Awesome so its got a decent bit of headroom in that department also!

I have been pretty good. Was a busy summer, but have the car back on the road so I am happy about that. It had been 3 years since it drove on its own power.
