Question for those on 315/35/20's. Today I was actually able to get the car out for a cruise and had some fun playing around with friends on the hwy. With these tires the car is a turd from a 60 roll. It seemed much more "peppy" with the stock F1's, granted I only made 1-2 hits from that mph on those tires. I'm thinking with the 3.55's, the 28.9" height is killing my gearing. Has anyone else noticed that, or is the car just that slow from that mph and rpm? I'm thinking its in my head because I'm used to my vette..

Are you at factory ride height? I've been thinking of upgrading my wheels and want to run a 315 in the rear but they all basically seem to be almost 29" tall but Im lowered a bit and don't want to have any rubbing issues.

It's good to see 18" wheels. I've got 2010 GT500 19" wheels on my '09, & there's just not a lot of tire options out there. I don't like the low profile tire look on most 20's. 18's seem like an excellent alternative.

Yes, factory ride height. I'm willing to bet that as long as you have an adjustable panhard bar and the rear is centered, you'll be alright.

Yes, I noticed that too. I still have the stock SVTPP 19/20 setup with 3.73's and was thinking about running 19's on the rear because of that. I can imagine how bad it is with 3.55's. Like others said, if you want to run 20's, you'll probably want to run 4.10 gears, or try a set of stock sized Toyo R888's.

Glad its just not me. I'll be ordering a pair of matching 18's and some M/T's. Either a 345/35/18 or some other size, need to do some homework.

Anyone need a pair of 315/35/20 NT05R's? Going to a set of 315/30/20 Toyo R888's.
