Sick car man. I think I'm going to do terminator sideskirts and an 01 front bumper. It looks so good.

Anyways, definitely recirculate the bypass valve. It is obnoxiously loud if you have it open and it will get old really quick. Good luck with the build man.

I constantly forget to update this! A lot has happened since the last update. I ended up picking up a fully built IRS. Some of the mods are FTBR bushing kit along with bumpsteer kit adjustable sway bar and links & the eccentric camber bolts. Eaton True Trac with 3.73s. DSS Level 5 halfshaft upgrade. FR differential cover. Maximum Motorsports coil overs.

My good friend 2001Bullitt came down and we installed the engine, transmission, RXT, tubular K member, and IRS. We started after lunch on Tuesday and finished it by lunch on Wednesday. All credit to him as this was my first time doing this. I still have a lot of buttoning up to do but the biggest part is over with

This was what we came up with to spread open the boxes to fit the FTBR bushings. $4 worth of threaded rod, nuts and washers from the hardware store and it worked like a charm.

This is how the car currently sits

I have been picking away a few hours a day. Still an incredible amount of work to do.
The 8 rib conversion is driving me insane. I converted to a 3 bolt tensioner so that was foreign to me, throw in a bag of used pullies with no spacers except the 2 idler ones, and I think I have gone mad. I am still waiting on my new PS pump but I think I have everything lined up, but now my blower is way too far forward to even think about using my power pipe. Not sure what to do about that one.
A few random pictures on my phone

Idler appears to be on backwards but if I flip it it will rub the timing cover and I have no idea how to space out an idler that sits on a boss like this

Way off. Need MORE washers.

Good luck. I stayed 6 rib because of all the 8 Rib horror stories I heard of. One guy sold his centri setup to go N/A because he couldn't get the 8 rib setup right.

Nice cant wait to see the final product, lol i remember having to notch the shit out of the front timing cover for my procharger setup- and that was only a 6- RIB, I know alignment must be a headache, but im sure youll figure it out.

Sounds good I have 99 cobra with built SRA, suspension, T56 a complete aeromotive return style fuel system sump tank A1000 and a d1sc. On the stock motor I made 565 to wheels on 9psi and E85 it lasted for about 5000 miles. Now last weekend I just pick up a 03 cobra long block for it and now am going 8 rib, 15% crank and a thumper tensioner just like you..

Not Bad......I was 40rwhp off lmao. At least I was close to your minimum estimate guessing 620 to the wheels
