I haven't been doing much lately since I'm on mids and wake up at 2pm but anybody have an opinion on ORIG?

Whenever a stock moves that much, I look at whatever news pushed it. Looks like it acquired a deepwater drillship. Pre-market is at $2.09, but I'd be careful of a quick selloff. I wouldn't buy right at open if you plan to go long. The average difference between the high and low is about $.20. You'd have to take a huge position to make any money & doing so on a stock that, on average, doesn't move but has just skyrocketed 23%, I would be careful for huge profit taking sending the stock lower.

Bought a chunk of Peabody Energy (BTU) shares at 61 cents a share a few weeks ago after they declared bankruptcy. Figured the dead cat bounce would net something....dumped it all at $1.57 and made around $3000 on that.
I keep wanting to drop a little money in UWTI, but just cant do it. One of my friends who is market aggressive made an absolute KILLING on DWTI, and has been trying to talk into playing it. I just cant yet, for some reason.
Other than that, I have had hundreds of shares in Home Depot, AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone, and Apple for quite awhile (approx 7 years) All long term 'keeper' stuff. Guess im just a play it safe type.

KMPH - Severely oversold and good news this morning (KemPharm Receives “Fast Track” Designation for KP511, an Investigational Prodrug of Hydromorphone $KMPH http://bit.ly/27anGnY ) 7M float, $4+ sh cash. I am long 7.87 decent size, will swing.
NUGT - I sold my shares from yesterday break even. Was looking for a gap up today, didn't get it, and with China looking heavy I don't want to test it another day.

Hindsight of course, but I should have stuck with my original $84 area stop. Got fearful and let a good trade get away from me. At least I should have gotten back in around $86 when $85 held.
KMPH - I added today in the $7.30's, new average is $7.57.
KMPH - Added again under $7.20. Average is now $7.43. Worst case stop is under $6.50, I am done adding though. Only way I will add is above my average if the trade starts working.
KMPH - I am still holding everything. I am going to hold through earnings after hours today. Narrative is still the same. If anything I might reduce position by 1/3 before close just to play it safe.
KMPH - I ended up holing everything through earning and the CC yesterday. They beat estimates by $0.26 and the narrative remains the same as to the reasons why I took the trade. This looks VERY similar to the STRP trade I took around $8 and it went back up to $40 as of today. My stop on this is $6 area (pretty wide stop since this drops easily) and my target is $13-$15
EDIT: I have 2,500 shares $7.24 average after one more add this morning. I am kinda surprised this is even below $7 right now and I don't have the average that I would ideally like to have. However, narrative is the same and maybe even a little better than I expected so I think this will move up into Apadaz' PDUFA June 9th.

KMPH - Ouch, absolutely no buying today. If the selling wasn't so consistent I might been more patient, but I decided to take the loss. Definitely not the way I wanted to end the week to say the least, but I can't stay in this when I haven't seen any type of real capitulation or buying coming in.
UVXY - I picked up some May 20/27 $15 calls yesterday and today that I am doing well on so far. A SPY close below 205.50 will make it red on the week and look pretty bearish. I plan to start trading UVXY options much more in the next couple of weeks.

I bought it right after the McAfee news came out and bought more, stuck with it. I'm in it for the long haul
MGT - Insane! Looking like AQXP. I scalped 10k shares for +.12 from 3.75-3.87, but it has ripped up another dollar with no real pullback. So much money left on table. Wish I scaled out, but got scurred.
How long do you plan on holding? Have you at least scaled out some to lock in profits? Starting to show first signs of potential weakness.

I plan to hold on to it until the day it closes lower than it opened, disregarding a secondary offering because obviously it will take a little hit at that point. I took a little profit off the table yesterday but not a whole lot. I didn't really see any warning signs today. Typical mid day drop, huge 100M volume, and now it's up after hours. I still love it
