What kinda power do and traps do these cars do with bolt on and no weight reduction? No intake mani changes

They are all over seen them run 13s to low 12s none stock . But most trap 110-115 stock just depends on da. And I think they make anywhere from 410-430 rwhp stock and closer to 480 wheel with bolt ons and no port work

Super excited to see this. I have pretty high expectations based on what you did with that Camaro.
The 392 HEMI makes more power than the LT1 or Coyote in stock trim, and should be very impressive once you get it working at a reduced race weight.

Good luck!

My 17 SP, tune only on stock 245s went 12.39 @ 114, 1.87 60'.
It made 399 rwhp bone stock, and 429 after tuning.
I've since been 12.0 on a 275 555R, looking for that 11 sec pass before I add my NOS kit ;)

I bet you could go 11.70 or so as it sits with the weight removed, even on stock tires if the track works.

I plan on running full weight first and then weight out . I may be having a track rental in the coming months to see what it does before I do any type of real power mods to it . And those are good times and a nice power gain .

Are these cars solid rear axle? If not, has anyone done a swap to SRA? That is a good amount of weight right there
No and No.

When the Challenger first drop someone was making a 9" kit but I've not seen it ever actually released.

My 2015 SRT 392 Charger has run a best of 11.62 @ 117 on 93 octane with Tune(PCM & TCM), Stainless Works 1 7/8" Long Tubes & Cat-back, 84mm True-bore T-body, Ported factory Intake Manifold, Cold Air Intake, Catch Can with a race weight of 4,620 lbs on a Dark Star Drag Pack(Only weight reduction being the Drag Pack) in "0" DA, which was around 50* at the TX Motorplex(DFW) back at the end of January. Best 1/8 has been a 7.43 @ 94. Car Dyno'd an SAE Corrected 453 RWHP/467 RWTQ on a Dynojet 248 in its current state of tune. She may not be setting the world on fire, but I feel like she runs pretty good for a N/A, full weight, bolt-on 4 door sedan that comfortably seats 5. To the OP...Best wishes in your quest man! Keep us posted on your progress!!!

Thanks man. Car has run a slew of 11.6x - 11.7x passes at TX Motorplex in 0 - +500 DA in current set-up on 93. It has run a best of 11.65 @ 116.95 on 20's w/ 305/35/20 Nitto 555R Drag Radials. As the weather warms and DA climbs in the summer months, she struggles to get in the 11's. It is amazing just how much stronger the 392's run in cooler air/lower DA. I can see as much as .5 & 4 mph between a 0 DA(50*) and +3000 DA(95*). Also keep a CLOSE eye on those IAT's, especially out of the hole. Chargers struggle with this because the airbox is so much further behind the grill than it is on the Challengers, even with the Hellcat set-up. Just saw that you're in Tyler. What track do you typically run at?

I’ve been to XRP and I’ve attended rentals at motorplex when TJ has them . Last time I was out at a rental there was a white charger on dragpack running never seen what he ran though . And yes I’ve noticed this to on the weather in 3000 da the car is trapping 114 full weight which impressed me .

The 11.62 pass I ran was at one of TJ's rentals (last weekend in January). Car went 11.62, 11.68, 11.65 & 11.64 that day, in that order. If you were there that day, sorry I missed you. 114 in 3000 DA is solid for sure! Hopefully I can catch you out at XRP or the Motorplex sometime.

Ohhh ok...I was thinking you were saying you were there in your Charger... Yes. That was my car you saw. I was invited to the one TJ did on March 30, but wasn't able to make it. Maybe I'll catch you at one this fall.

I'm not sure i understand the whole point of buying an over weight car and trying to make it skinny? The whole reason i enjoy driving those cars because they are tanks that make loud noises and are fun.

That thing is going to be a rocket with all of the weight out of it. The engine and trans is stout from the factory so i don't think you'll have any issues with a bolt-on car in the 10s.

That is a lot of weight to be pulling out of a vehicle! You may have to remove the the a/c, get tubular bumpers, lightweight brakes, tubular k-member(if they make them for your car), big and littles, dumped exhaust, ect to achieve that goal.

Has anyone gotten their Charger under a 4k lb race weight yet?
