Ok that could be as well. I just had some thoughts opinions etc. Those submissions are due at certain times through out the year? Or whenever deadline is to submit a vehicle as a new model year?Those are TT and PP cars, typically not for sale to the public and are likely to be destroyed at some point. Calibration work should have been done as submissions to CARB and the EPA for certification were probably some time ago.
If you look at certifications from past models the dates are all over the map. Suffice it to say that as far as CARB is concerned, no vehicle can be sold without certification in the state of California. I check their site regularly and there isn't one yet for the 2020 GT500.
