Wide body scatpack and hellcat are both $6k upgrades or just the hellcat?
Lately? Try since 1999.Isn’t the scion FRS powered by a subaru engine. Just seems like Toyota is the performance downhill swing lately.

I saw a rumor that all a Charger Hellcat will be widebody. Not sure if the price will increase.Wide body scatpack and hellcat are both $6k upgrades or just the hellcat?

But yes, it's a 6k package. Wheels, tires, fenders, brakes and 3-way Bilstien Suspension.
Awesome value when compared to other options like a Shaker hood or decals.
The lower rocker / skirt is also different.can anyone confirm if the fender flares are actually a part of the body or are they slapped on there with 3m double sided tape? lol
although, i am glad the hellcat finally gets some proper rear meats instead of the pizza cutters
The Challenger looks good. The Charger redefines ugly.I agree. IMO those added flares don't look good (or factory) at all. They look like add-ons. Cheap looking. I wish they had done a more proper wide body, at least for the rear. Like this (on a Challenger). A nice, full flare from the door back.

Here's a custom wide-body Charger.

Not upset, just pointing out that simply putting flares does not make a car widebody. So you are what, upset at the term "wide body"?
Go re-read what he posted, his direct comparison to calling the New Edge a "widebody SN95" as being the same as the HC Fender Flare edition and then bringing in other examples is only an attempt to legitimize calling it a widebody. I'm not arguing that the flares are allowing larger wheels/tires and it enhances performance. I'm arguing Dodge's use of the term widebody. He is not saying that “dodge is legit because of new edge”... He is saying that Dodge’s job is legit on its own. He then offers some examples of similar applications on different vehicles.
That is all.
Wide body is open to interpretation.
That things is ****ing hideous with those shit flares.Wide body Tundra. Honey D kitView attachment 1582577

Do you think the tailgate applique on F-150s is just a stick-on? The answer is no, it is a different tailgate designed to keep the applique on as opposed to the non-applique versions. Which is what those fenders are on the HC. They are made that way to give the fender flares something to hold onto.

This is a proper widebody.View attachment 1582580
I was going to mentioned the New Edge fender bulges, but decided to leave it alone because they are molded, and part of the fenders and quarters. Those both look awful. As I mentioned, the large slab sides don't lend themselves to being "wide body", pulling the whole fender out like that just makes it look bloated.
The fender arches are no more "tack on" looking then a New Edge mustang, which is a widebody SN95.

Not in the custom photos I quoted. That's just my opinion though. You got it confused. The Changer looks better than the Challenger
Correct. Subaru produces engine specifically for the joint venture car. Toyota built the car and Subaru developed the engine and used Toyota Engine management and I believe the D4S technology.Isn’t the scion FRS powered by a subaru engine. The BRZ would be a real threat if it was a Subaru only car and... you know.. they actually MADE an STI version.
