I've dealt with several advisors with my SVT vehicles. Mario Acosta is an A*hole. Avoid him at all costs. When I brought my R in for the knuckle fix, he treated me like I didn't have an appointment, even says so on my slip. He even tried to refuse service since the R's don't have warranties, had to call out the manager. Got really ticked off when I said I don't want anyone road testing the car without my presence. Went off on me and said they get Saleens in all the time which are 10xs better than my R. I brought my car in first thing in the morning with an appointment, and he claims they couldn't do the e-brake fix in time. Total BS. I couldn't believe this guy had the nerve.

Came back last weekend to different advisor (don't know his name) and got e-brake done in less than 30 minutes. Anyways, enough venting, just stay away from Mario!

I pretty much go to Anne Dunn now when I'm going to bring a car in. She does the customer relations, and always makes sure they take good care of me. She is the one I had SVT send the parts to.

Does Tony S. treat you good? If so I will request him next time I need to come in.

According to Jason at SVT, hoods and splitters are very hard to come by. I had to send in pictures of the damage to those parts, and still it took a couple months before he was able to get replacements.

well my hood's not damaged but my splitter has been fixed once already and has some minor scarring from the ppir event a few weeks ago.

guess i'll just have to wait for real damage (hope that doesn't happen).

Sorry about the delay on the floor mats, but I have only recieved 4 checks. I have them from Cobra-R, Kevin, JoeJ, and Brimstone I believe. I still have not cashed the checks, I'm not going to cash them till I put the order in. If I put the order in now with 5 of us total its going to cost about $10 more each. Let me know what you guys think. If you want me to go ahead and put the order in I'll do it this week. If anyone else is interested, or has questions e-mail me at [email protected]

colby - i'd give it a week or so and then i'd be willing to pay the extra 10. for those of us who do then future buyers can pay a higher price to cover our additioonal cost
