By all reason your permit to carry is The Second Amendment. Giving your local police station money for something that was Guaranteed to you in the Constitution is Unconstitutional . It (says)your right to bear arms shall not be infringed!!!! is there something about that that's too hard to understand. A Constitutional right cannot be Licensed , charged a fee or a tax in order to exercise said right.
