I just installed my new gauges for water temp and oil pressure. What's the normal operating temperatures for these on new edges? Also, I can set a low point for oil pressure and a high point for water temp. to blink when they reach these points. What should I set these points to? Thanks!

The underside of my '00 Cobra R Hood is unfinished fiberglass from Ford. It's painted, but just doesn't look nice and clean. Anything I can do to make it look cleaner? I was thinking of getting a hood mat for it, but there's no holes for it to attach like a stock hood. Any ideas are appreciated.
