No one has ever said it was right to plant evidence. I believe it's what the defense is trying to say the officers did in this situation. But listening to testimony. I don't believe there is any credibility to that defense.
Now if you look at my prior post. I even said, that wasn't a good...
So I guess the court testimony of the LEO testifying under oath that the bottle had zero to do with the arrest, should be overlooked. Also, testimony from the officers that said the suspect was driving erratically, they found a cup of alcohol in the middle consol, suspect admitted to drinking...
Never said it was or wasn't SOP. I said it happens all the time, from DUI arrest to underage drinking, to public intoxication incidents. What I am saying is it doesn't show or prove wrong doing by the officer. The video in this post makes it seem as if the officers were trying to plant...
Look at DUI arrest all over the country and watch the officers pour out opened or unopened containers of alcohol. It happens regularly. And I will agree to disagree with you statement of not knowing your license as being suspended. You give the 1 out of a million chances of having a license...
I don't understand what the big deal is about an officer pouring out the liquor. It is done all over the country when officers arrest a DUI suspect. I believe the case against the suspect would be much better had they given the individual a PBT and intoxilizer test. But listening to the...
That video with the mental and 2 knives in hand. I have to say, I would dropped him as well. Being in a house with little room to move around. Even with a person having their weapon drawn, 20 feet is not far enough away from someone with a knife. And we are also forgetting LEO training says...
That is a bad ass build. The C6 ZR1 is King Daddy. Good luck with everything and many smiles to come. There is something about a vette with some chop. I have a 2015 C7 Z06 with ported heads and cam. I can listen to it chop all day long
I have to agree with you on this one @gimmie11s. I do feel as though the LEOs could of turned a blind eye to any ordinance relating to noise here. I don't feel like these individuals were harming anyone or inciting violence. Therefore, I feel the officers could use common sense. No violent...
Well, thanks for the compliment. I have been known to be very intelligent, and very successful. And I probably can even say something that you can't. I have never been arrested or detained for anything. And I actually know my rights and I understand the laws. Something you (gimmie11s)...
Again, you are judging after the facts. You think the officers running up on scene knew he was eating lunch? They identified why they were approaching him and what the situation was. He immediately starts to plead the 5th and tried closing the door on LE.
Again, that is fine to plead the...
A cop can absolutely use his badge. But not an agent, they actually go through yearly training and such that details these do's and don't. They have an regular ID just like any average Joe, that they can use to ID themselves.
LOL, this video has no context whatsoever. You get the very end of an incident. And you want to say they had the wrong guy. The video stop after he shows the badge, like you really think that was all it took. You think those cops just said, "OK, Mr. FBI you can go on your way.
IDIOT.
