I'm pretty sure its not just billowing smoke for no reason... My bet is on programmer, maybe a turbo, and some supporting mods to make a decently fast truck...

went out last night and shot a few...buddies 99GT basically stock...only visual mods for now.. wingless mach1 chin spoiler headlights taillights fogs(his were crap) cut springs...(2 coils all the way round i believe) we were gonna swap motor and trans but couldnt drive it to a shop...
