    Window cleaning.

    2 towels, One wet to clean, one to dry. Spray a good amount of cleaner on your wet towel. I use a microfiber to clean and a blue window towel to dry. I also add a bit of alcohol to my window cleaner mix.

    As a former accredited Gtechniq and Ceramic Pro detailer I will say that to me Ceramic Pros pricing is a bit much. I really liked the Gtechniq Cyrstal Serum. Great gloss, hard as a rock. Top it with a few coats of Exo. That said Im going to be trying some SB3 coating soon.

    Removing ceramic coating from plastic trim

    I dont think thats ceramic coating. As said, ceramic coating is fine for trim. That looks like the hit it with the buffer. You can try something like solution finish to re-dye it.
