Keto is very hard to maintain for most people and they usually break and go back to their normal routine. Low carb ( meat and veggies, not bread etc.) with intermittent fasting works very well for me. Our meals usually range from 20-60 carbs for about 8 years now.

My two kids both developed T1d at 4 years old. They are 8 and 12 now and doing great. It completely changed our lives and how we view food.

You guys have me looking on BAT now. I have a nice 94 Toyota pickup that was my dads I say I will keep forever. I call it my barn beast and it’s in great shape with no rust. Seeing what they are bringing on BAT make me scratch my head a little lol.
