High speed fan turns own at factory setting at 210, never goes beyond that. Yes I have a aem wideband afr gauge and never goes lean, cruising always around 14.2-15.2, wot goes to around 10.5-11.5

Im adding a 98 Mark 8 longblock to my 97 cobra, Do i need to add my stock cobra windage tray and pickup or can i just swap over my cobra oil pan and call it a done deal. Mods on cobra are vortech v2 at 10psi with power pipe, 2cat xpipe and cat back. Any help will be appreciated.
