I just bought a 2004 cobra that has been heavily modified. It feels like the belt on the supercharger may be slipping. How can I tell if the belt is tight enough? and how do I tighten it? Thanks for any help.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good place to get a highly modified 2004 cobra tuned in the Miami area. I could always drive to Steeda but would like to find a local place that will do a good job where I can get a safe tune. Thanks in advance for any help.
