when your battery is disconnected for any reason will the interruption in power change the settings in your custom tune? is the start up procedure the same as the manual outlines to let the computer relearn the settings?

has anyone dynoed with an a/f raito reading from the tail pipe,if so how does this method compare with the other methods?
