A friend has an '05 GT. Looking through the posts here so far, I'm not seeing any info regarding the aftermarket shifters available for the '05s. Has anyone made the plunge and installed either the Roush, Hurst, or Steeda (the only ones I'm aware of)? Also, please post your impression so far.

This can probably be answered by those who have run taller than stock slicks. Has anyone run into problems with the ABS when running tires in the back that are a different diameter than the fronts? The reason I ask, is that a friend fried the ABS unit after a couple of runs with a set of 27"...

For those who haven't heard: SVTOA has determined that starting in Jan 2005 all verts participating in their track day events must be equipped with a 4-point roll bar. While safety makes sense, putting a cage in my car for a once a year event is beyond my desire to participate in their events...

Seems as though all threads I see, folks are moving to, or want to move to -- lower gears (ie. 3.73, 3.90, or even 4.10). While this may be fine for the strip where taller slicks need the offset of a stiffer ratio, it doesn't seem to make sense to me for the street. Wouldn't the 03/04s...
