Having trouble with the car surging when switching from vacuum to boost or vice versa. I’m not the one doing the tuning but looking to help them any way I can. Advice would be appreciated. Gen 1 Coyote with department of boost kit and full exhaust.

I have a brand new set of 13/14 Gt Flowmaster Outlaw's (817592) for sale. They have been installed for less than 100 miles. Still have the original packaging, instructions, etc. I knew they would be loud but had no idea how loud. Live and learn I guess. Looking for $300 shipped.
