So i got my keys from Ebay, stopped by Lowes and they told me they dont copy car keys that have a transponder. ??? I thought that was weird. Has anyone run into this problem? I obviously dont need it programmed, tried to explain that but they refused to copy the key from me. Where did you guys...

Would you happen to have the instructions on how to program the keys? I do have two keys for my car currently but the link posted here for instructions on programming the keys, no longer works.

Ohh nice! yeah i would imagine those shelby emblems that small would be hard to find. How did you program the keys? Dealership?

Ohh i see, so it is possible. Hmmm the link he posted with which to do the actual programming seems to no longer be working. But than again, the post is several years old. I might just buy two fobs and get a dealer to program them.

I really dont mind to be honest. Its kind of like putting up with Porsche making SUVs so that they make enough money to keep putting out 911s, and GTs, etc. If thats what it takes for Ford to find it worthwhile to keep making GT500s, GT350s etc than by all means bring it on.

I own a 2010 GT500 and thus have that old school Ford key. this thing- Was wondering if anyone has successfully upgraded their key to something a bit more modern, perhaps something like this- Is something like that compatible with the 2010 GT500? or am i stuck with this "retro" key lol

Nitto nt555 g2 in the front and am pleased, I drive the car daily and rain or shine these work well. Have heard it said that they are not the best for cold climate but i live in Florida so not an issue for me.
