Found the problem guy! Turned out that the engine builder forgot to place a freeze plug into the water pump area. All we did was added an AN nipple with a cap, and within that passage coolant goes out to the driver side. So time to rip more apart and add in that freeze plug.
So it calls for only two o-rings which is inside the unit. As you can see in the website photo the two oiling ports but it doesn't specify anything about the gasket above for the giant coolant port. Even when you look at the part below you can tell there's no machined surface part to even apply...
It does have two o-rings to deal up both oil ports but nothing for the coolant part of the block. Alldatadyi.com didn't show any other gasket or seal to attach.

Good good. Yeah I started using my car as a daily and I'm just adding on unneeded miles. Since September I added on 11k miles :(
Unit is solid though. No weird sounds or anything. Roush says you don't even need to change the fluid till 60k miles. So...
