    Yes if I decide to open the front case to install cams those are all components that should be upgraded and replaced, if I do NSR cams I'll replace them with out taking off the front cover, however if I do a springs required cam set like JDM's I'll remove the cover and replace those components...

    Not sure, from what I have learned any discoloring is an indication that they are not coated, I have also found out that most places coat both the inside and outside, unless they have been ran on a vehicle then they recommend just doing the outside.as they can't guarantee the inside was clean...
