Real quick if anybody selling cant do 14 I am looking in a range 13-16k but anyways, just wanted to let you know its possible, I have had 4 deals set up for cars under 14k and all of them had clean titles less than 80k miles but 3/4 were sold out from under me so with that budget you will need...

Its a shame that I am so dead set on getting one under 90k miles, seems like the only reasonably priced cars are either higher than 120k or between 40-80k(reasonable but out of my $ range). Good luck this should sell rather quickly.
