Question. What are your opinions on sniper commando or experiences?

I have a 2002 HD which is stock. I bought a 2.9 upper pulley which I believe to be the same as a stock Lightning upper pulley. Also purchased a SCT 90MM MAF, cold air intake and a Bassani Lightning exhaust system. I would also like to purchase a lower pulley to get just 2 more psi. My question...
