not sure if you are having the trouble still but when i installed the same jlt cold air you did on my 96 cobra mine did that would rev up then die i took it off and put my old one back on and starting running good just sayin

my engine light didnt come on but i was scanning for codes and my 96 cobra has a p1516 code bank1 but the code cleared but how much is it for you to go thru mine and repair if needed thanks

my 96 cobra clutch is toast i upgraded years ago to a 11in flywheel but a fords part guy told me my input shaft is 10 spline and diameter is 1.0625 but when i got to centerforce's website its saying 1-1/16 or 1-1/8 can some one please help me i actually thought the 99 cobra 11inch kit would be...
