I'm looking at replacing my outside mirrors. I found some from latemodel, but you must have the backside piece painted to match. Has anyone taken their mirrors apart to know if I can switch my original pieces onto the new ones, instead of having to get them painted?

I am going to change my speedo gear to match the 3.73 gears in my car. My question is, do I have to put grease or anything on the new gear, or do I just swap out old for new? I'm talking about the one at the transmission. Thanks for any help.

When the gen 2 wheels are drilled out to fit the gen 1 trucks, does it matter if you are using the early wheels that are 12mm, or if you are using the later 14mm wheels? I was wondering if the 03-04 wheels still needed to be drilled.

Sometimes when I come up to a stop light, the car idles at a consistent 1200 rpm's, sometimes its at 800 rpms. Should I try a new throttle postions sensor? Temp., etc. doesn't seem to make a difference that I can tell. Sometimes it idles lower, sometimes faster.
