Well I think what they did was used the gasket from the metal imrc C which was a hard plastic gasket. Apparently the gasket for the plastic imrc is soft rubber so they packed the groove for the gasket flush with silicone so they can use the wrong gasket I think that's what happened but I do know...
Also which of the imrc plates are the better ones the plastic that are on my 98 manifold or the metal ones that are on my 96 manifold? The plastic one seems impossible to clean the silicone off of. And what is the story with that Groove going all the way around it silicone is packed into
