What do you guys think is fair? I'm not much of a haggler. Really gets on my nerves, but I want the best deal I can get.
I'm looking for a 14' GT Premium. only option is Brembo Brake package and Auto trans. The dealer I spoke to that had one is supposed to be working me a price. he said...
I hate to part with this car, but I hurt the engine in my Turbo Buick and can't afford to fix it and keep the Cobra, so it's gotta go.

Just went to the nearest track which is 1/8 mile with some friends today. Nothing to right home about, but it's like a new car with the new clutch. Now I can get it in gear on the shifts. The track's starting line is kinda on a hill so it was very hard to stage it there (kept rolling back...
between 1500-1800 RPM's there's an annoying sound (kinda like a vibration) before or after that RPM range it's fine.
The lash of the input shaft was set at 0
Thanks for any input.
Just installed a McLeod RXT twin disk clutch and 26 spline input shaft.
I've heard of "chatter" but have no clue what it is or what it sounds like. I am hearing a noise though. Not right when the clutch engages though. Between 1500-1800 RPM's I hear a noise that gets louder as you...
Hey guys. Just got the Mcleod RXT Twin Disk clutch installed. The car has the firewall adjuster and an adjustable cable.
My big question is How far from the floor should the clutch pedal be when it starts to engage. With the old setup I'd guess it was about half way up when the car would...
I know this thread has been covered WAY too often and I have searched and found some very good info. But, I'm new to these cars, so I'd appreciate the help.
My #'s are in my sig and I think the clutch in the car is on the way out, seems to do fine around town, but at WOT it won't go into...
First off the air was terrible. 90 degrees and 85% humidity, but looked like the only day I'd have to get some times in.
This was my first time out in the Cobra and first time with a stick car in 10 years.
I ran on MT ET Streets 26x11.5x16's with 18 psi of air. I was told to try to slip...
Just wondering and if so, what size tire you run.
The guy I bought mine from said he used the 26x11.5x16 MT ET Street on a 16x8 wheel.
Just wanna make sure it'll work before I buy, they're cheaper and a lot more options than the 16x10's.
TIA
If so, can you tell me how? I got one that came with the Cobra when I bought it, but no instructions. I did download the Livelink software from SCT's site, but how do I use it to record runs at the track?
Thanks for any help
Just wondering. I use one on all my other cars, but this is my only manual trans car. Didn't know if I could just hit it out of the water in first, grab 2nd and stand on the brakes and do the burnout in 2nd.
What do you guys do?
