So I jumped the relay and the wipers worked. The fluid pump still didn't but I'm getting somewhere. But I'm confused because I swapped relays and it didn't work that way....I'll check fluid pump fuse, but not sure why the wipers wouldn't work when I used the relay next to it..

Thanks 01yellercobra, I figured as much. Have to buy a used o/r x pipe of coarse. Ive had luck with these but with no tune. UPR 96-04 Mustang MIL Malfunction Indicator Lamp Eliminators But as long as I use them and it doesnt mess with the tune a/f ratio etc. Im golden.
