Looking to have my heads rebuilt at a local machine shop. I need to buy stainless valves, springs, retainers, guides and seals. The specs on valves and springs are a bit confusing. Not sure what I need. Can someone help put together a good combination?

Missing the two torx screws that hold in the third brake light.. Looking for the specs on those screws.
