been trying to contact Mike Rousch for awhile now. I know some never get a response and some will say that they talked to him just yesterday. Just seeing why is he avoiding my emails now or dead or Mia or what??

Have you tried calling him? From my experience, it's easier to call him than to email. I haven't talked to him in about 6 months though, last I heard he was out of the shop for racing.
I've called twice back in November but to no prevail. And I've sent him about 10 emails during that time till today.
Honestly, I'd look for a new tuner if it's been that long.
ive moved on. Just sucks that he talks a bunch of crap about fast support but after you pay it's pretty much down hill. gives a great tune though but what's the point if you never respond afterwards. So any support, questions or tune update is not there at all.

Wow that really sucks man. It's a hit or miss with his from a lot of what I read about his tunes. When you get the tunes thought they are spot on. WHo did you end up going with?
You could try getting a hold of him on S197Forum, he's regularly on there discussing VIR.
Going back to VMP. Can't have a tuner that is hit or miss. Or one that doesn't respond in 3 months. His tunes are great but not worth it at all. Maybe if you live close and can stop by at times. But email tunes....hell no.
^^^ If he has time to browse and post on Forums, he has time to answer emails from PAYING customers. I think that is a fair point and not an unreasonable request.
Consider AED. Shaun ALWAYS responds.
Shaun responds within minutes usually. He dyno tuned my car at his shop, and every time he uploaded a new tune to my car, he would be on his laptop or the phone returning emails and phone calls.
The man probably needs a receptionist lol
