Can't say I'm not impressed! If I had the kind of money to do that, I would spend more to have it painted. It's a little too much for me.

That's sick. I wonder how they mated everything to the unibody and where they cut everything. Or do they just make an entire shell? I wish there was a build thread on this.

It's really no different than replacing a quarter panel/roof section etc. If it's a part that uses spot welds, they remove it and panel bond adhesive it on. It's both lighter and stronger than welding. It's how most of the newer aluminum beer can vehicles are assembled.
