Nailed my PDE exam (a week ago I was sure I was gonna fail).

Left over brats for dinner (out of buns though damnit).

I'm sure I'll eat a bunch of junk food and drink a few brewhahas while enjoying my first hw/study free night in a few weeks.

Yesterday and today were huge cookout lunches with burgers, brats, dogs, and a ton of the other usual potluck stuff...chips and dips, potato, pasta, veggie and every other kind of salad that you can think of, baked beans (today alone there was 3 different kinds), and ****ing desserts up the wazoo! I'm so ****ing full I feel like I won't need to eat for a week!

And yes, there was a ton of Kraut available for the brats today...no bueno.

Todd,.....I thought we were friends Todd!
LMFAO :D

Turkey burgers and macaroni salad. Bought some Dewar's Scotch too.
Still doing drinks every other day? (I think it was you that said you were trying to cut back a bit.)

I'm getting prepared for breakfast and dinner. This is the last of the choice steer and pork I had slaughtered. I hope the next two taste even better. Throw me some ideas on the steak prep. I'm looking to try something other than olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

Maybe substitute the olive oil with butter or peanut oil.

I'll probably go the butter route and also make a pan sauce with it while the steak is resting. I'm not too big on the peanut oil for use outside of deep frying.
