Top modular engine builders on the west coast

Can anyone recommend a engine builder on the west coast preferably in California. Every recommendation I’ve been getting (livernois, BES, l&m, etc) so far is on the east coast or mid west.

Looking to do a sleeved big bore teksid build and stay NA.
