The greenhouse gas and smog ratings are not in any way certificates of compliance from either CARB or the EPA. They still don't have them.

Just because the info hasn't been posted on the CARB or EPA website doesn't mean that the car does not comply.



Here is what the same info looks like before compliance.

I never said anything was fabricated. They have yet to be certified.

I think the new info just hasn't hit their websites yet.

I see what you were talking about concerning the CARB Executive Order. Until CARB has executed the Executive Order, Ford would not be able to sell the car in California.

Here is a copy of the Executive Order for a 2020 GT350 which was executed on Sept 3, 2019.

Since 13 states have adopted CA emissions I’ll take my GT500 37 state legal.

Some hope. The first USA customer ordered car I have run across that is now in production. And the first non-export window sticker.

Nick just informed me my build date was changed yet again. Now its 11/6.

One of the members on another forum just had his 11/11 pushed to 12/09 and FP told him that the latest date at this time was 12/23.

Yikes.

My progression has been 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/11, and now 11/06.

Please update VIN 618 to build day of 10/31. Looks like customer ordered cars starting production this week. I was not pushed back as far as most started 10/14 and really only pushed 2 weeks not sure how I got lucky as I certainly don’t have any connections.

Hello, New around here, but I’m in the same boat. I called today and the guy at ford sounded shocked. He said that the date was the furthest out he had seen yet. I guess it a New Years gift now.
